Our commitment to supporting the fruits of our local labors – in veggies, cheeses, meats, flowers, wines, spirits and beer, is the heart of who we are. With our focus on the integrity of our local bounty, we put our energy into bringing out the quality of flavor that is captured by local freshness. We grow lots of herbs and edible flowers and are blessed with being so close to amazing local farms where we can pick our own cabbages and peppers.
As one of only two New England caterers to be Green Certified by the National Restaurant Association, our goal is to minimize our impact on the environment. This is done by meeting strict criteria requiring changes within our infrastructure with regards to water, plumbing, electrical, transportation, and employee commitment; not to mention nurturing our relationship to our own land including recycling or composting over 70% of our total waste.
