It’s that time of year again… wedding season, and we have started it off with a bang!

We have already had wonderful weddings at Saltwater Farm Vineyard, Eolia Mansion at Harkness, Branford House, Mystic Art Center, and are looking forward to our first wedding at White Gate Farm next week. We have had some amazing private and corporate celebrations as well. We are so grateful that the weather is finally stepping up to the plate for these special occasions!

We are getting excited about our next TABLE, to be held on July 18 and at a location that will knock your socks off!

We are doing our Pop-Up TABLE Dinners on a seasonal basis now. We realized we were INSANE to think we could execute one every month.

July’s menu will be UBER FUN as we will have access to so many wonderful ingredients right in our own backyard.

Speaking of backyard, our herb gardens are bursting with lemon verbena, African blue basil, pineapple sage, all variations of thyme as well as the less common salad burnet, lovage, Japanese parsley and angelica. We will be whipping up some outrageous flavors this summer. We have also installed 5 huge raised beds on the top, back end of our property and we are looking forward to very-local foraging!

Our new venture, summer food service at the WADAWANUCK CLUB in the Stonington Borough is off to a great start. We are proud to be working with such a historic location.

We will be launching our daily service beginning Friday June 13th — lucky day!! It will be just in time for the garden club garden tour in the borough. We will also be hosting reservation-only dinners for members Monday and Friday evenings.

The most exciting thing going on at ATTC right now is the ongoing celebration of our 30 Years in Business! We are honored to have been providing 30 Years of Great Taste to SE CT….. and look forward to many more.

Cheers!
Linda
